Hotel tea bags designed around the Gulf market—not around a translated domestic label.
Private-label botanical infusions with Arabic/English artwork coordination, hotel-ready individual envelopes and an importer-led registration checklist for the destination country.
What Mingshengtang can support for Gulf hotel projects
Product development
Formula brief, target taste, tea-bag format, fill weight, brewing trial and retained sample approval.
Packaging coordination
Flat or pyramid tea bag, individual moisture barrier envelope, carton and hotel/brand artwork coordination.
Production & release
Incoming-material checks, in-process checks, finished-product release documents and shipment data alignment.
Final manufacturing scope is subject to the valid production licence category and the confirmed SKU. Halal certification is not represented as available unless a current certificate and its scope are supplied for review.
Six buyer decisions before a Gulf hotel tea bag enters production
Buyer brief
Confirm destination, use scenario, target customer, taste, budget, fill weight, quantity and requested delivery.
Formula & sampling
Develop from the buyer's brief or reference sample. Sampling starts from CNY 300 for the agreed 1–2 samples; additional items are referenced at CNY 100 each.
Packaging approval
Confirm inner bag, filter material, envelope, box, print content, labels and artwork. The buyer and factory approve the final file before printing.
Contract & production
Production is scheduled after the written specification, contract, deposit and required materials are confirmed.
Inspection & release
Check materials before production, key points during production and finished goods before release. Third-party testing is separately agreed when needed.
Balance & shipment
Confirm final quantity, weight and reconciliation sheet; settle the balance, then agree the freight method and shipment documents.

Factory reference ranges for the buyer's RFQ
Pilot with buyer-supplied materials
Flat/nonwoven or pyramid projects can be evaluated from 1,000 tea bags when the buyer supplies compliant packaging materials.
Pyramid bag with factory-supplied materials
Can be evaluated from 5,000 tea bags. This reference does not include a custom printed tag; custom tags are referenced from 100,000 bags.
Printed packaging references
Printed roll film is commonly referenced from about 100 kg; pre-made individual envelopes from about 100,000 units; multi-bag pouches from about 30,000 units per SKU.
Carton references
Custom card cartons are commonly referenced from about 3,000 units per SKU and gift boxes from about 1,000 units per SKU.
Production lead-time reference
For 100,000 bags with buyer-supplied ingredients and packaging received and accepted: 7–10 working days. Factory-coordinated printed packaging: about 15–25 days.
Payment & freight reference
Contracts generally use a 50%–70% deposit, with balance before shipment. Freight method is jointly agreed and freight cost is normally borne by the buyer.
Not a final offer: Gulf registration, bilingual artwork, halal scope, testing and freight can change the commercial plan. The signed quotation and contract control.
Do not print packaging before these four files are agreed
1. Ingredient file
- Common and scientific name
- Plant part and supplier specification
- Food-use status in destination country
- Flavour/additive documents
- Allergen and cross-contact information
2. Bilingual label file
- Arabic/English product name
- Ingredients and net weight
- Country of origin and manufacturer
- Importer/registration owner
- Lot, dates, storage and preparation
3. Test file
- Identity and sensory release
- Moisture and microbiology
- Pesticide residues and heavy metals
- Mycotoxins where ingredient risk applies
- Packaging suitability/migration if required
4. Market-entry file
- Local importer/trade licence
- Product registration or label assessment
- Halal scope where required
- Certificate of origin / health certificate if requested
- Saudi or other GCC country-specific registration
Important: UAE registration does not automatically authorize sale in Saudi Arabia or every GCC state. Each destination country and importer must confirm its own pathway.
Buyer and importer should verify the current rules
Define hotel use, bilingual packaging and importer status in one brief
Use the printable RFQ checklist before asking for final price. It separates product cost from print, testing, registration, freight and destination-document inputs.
Tell us the country before asking for the final price
The form collects the information required for a human feasibility and quotation review. It does not generate an automatic compliance approval.
